< I'm having an exhibition - one night only - The Dr Sketchy's Exhibition Party! | MAIN | A bit of this, a bit of that. >

It's ON! (Tonight!)

I can't believe it, but the Dr Sketchy's Exhibition Party Day is finally here. *SO EXCITED!*

Listen to an interview I did in Harajuku with the lovely Guy Perryman (Tokyo radio celeb) to promote the party. He made me feel very comfortable so I actually sound like less of a fool than I usually do in these situations.

The special canvas prints I had made up especially for this exhibition have not yet arrived from the U.S. and I've had to make do with regular prints, so I'm kinda bummed. The prints I have still look pretty good but oh, I was so excited about the lovely dustiness of canvas photographic prints. Oh well. Next time.

The photo above is one of the images, titled - with superb panache, imho - "Fishnets and stiletto's, feathers, sequins and a lovely ass." Very Dr Sketchy-esque, don't you think?....;p

The other titles include:

Image 1: Dancing is the perpendicular expression of a horizontal desire.

Image 2: Just take off your clothes! Please...

Image 3: Even the just may sin with an open chest of gold before them!

Image 4: Ch-ch-ch-Cherry Bomb!

Image 5: I'm a classy honey kissy huggy lovey dovey ghetto princess.

Image 6: Soft skin weeping with a joy you can't keep in...

Image 7: Fishnets and stiletto's, feathers, sequins and a lovely ass.

Image 8: Just because I'm sorry doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it at the time...

Image 9: Mamesome and Mamechiho, artists of the floating world...

Image 10: Your rock 'n' roll soul.

Image 11: I haven't left here yet, but I'm trying. I'm still tied to the bed.

Image 12: I'll be the waterwings that save you if you start drowning.

Image 13: I spilled the ink across the page trying to spell your name.

Image 14: From her lips I heard her say...."Can I have you?" I said you do. I said you do.

Image 15: Sun lights up the daytime, you light up my life.

If you're in Tokyo, please come down and help pay for my ticket home.
