Shrine hidden on the ocean side of this windy, rocky outcrop

Look closely - can you see the rope wrapped around the rock? On the other side of this windy, rocky outcrop is a little shrine - I had visions of being swept away over the side by a fierce gust!

Shrine-maiden tends to this windblown shrine

This shrine maiden was tending to the tiny ema boards that kept being blown away either into the shrine or out to the rocks...
