A little bit of spring....

Cartoon art using one of my photos by artist alquicira

A few weeks ago Mexican artist Alquicira wrote to me asking about using one of the pics from the flower gallery as the background for a comic artpiece being made. Here is the result. Cute, isn't it. You should take the time to have a look around some of the artwork at alquicira's site, it's really cool.

nothing to do with the above post, but i noticed one of the photos on the banner at the top- its a 'street art' shot- wheat pasting/black and white character. anyway, dunno if you know, but that is done by an aussie lad from perth called yok. he's quite a prevelant graf artist! keep and eye out for more of his work!
