My Australian landlords at Rent in Tokyo have been leaving messages on all our phones that they have got a number of rooms available in a number of their share-houses in inner city Tokyo. Most of their places are centrally located with rent averaging between 65 - 78 000 yen per room - fully furnished, with cable TV and broadband internet. Oh, and NO key money! They are looking in particular for female tenants since most houses have a predominantly male percentage.

Most of their houses have very creative households - mostly musicians / writers / artists / designers / webnerds and people who have got interesting stuff going on aside from their bill-paying jobs and who most definately do not spend their weekends in Roppongi - so if you think you may be interested, please email Craig or Sean @rentintokyo.com.
